We didn’t get to get in contact with the Hope Center or churches to have the free cooking class. Our schedules are very busy as we are all in sports and I think we will not be able to do the cooking class. We are still deciding on whether or not we’re doing the cooking class as we are very busy. We have figured out that one of us will post every other week. So one person will post one week, then the next week someone else would post, and so on. We plan on starting to do these dietary restricted recipes the first week of November. Instead of the cooking class we may work at the Hope Center on Thanksgiving to either, sort the pantry, prepare meals, delivered meals, or help the deliverers put the meals in their cars for them to be delivered. The challenge for us will be getting in touch with the Hope Center so we can help with Thanksgiving.

I’m Hannah B and myself, Hannah S, Meredith, and Madelyn are doing the 20-time project together. I like to play soccer and tennis for Civic Memorial High School. I have also played basketball, softball, and swam in the past. This project requires us to do something beneficial to our community so we decided that we would benefit the community by making healthy cost efficient meals along with this we plan on making a blog full of dietary restriction recipes. We plan on uploading to the blog once every 2 weeks. One thing we want to try to do along with the blog is have a free cooking class. In the free cooking class we plan on having meals that are healthy and cost efficient. In this free cooking class we are going to try to get in contact with the Hope Center so we could do it there for low-income families. Also we could get in contact with some churches to help us get the ingredients for the meals, or we could also have the classes at the church. I hope we become successful with this although it may be hard as all of us are in school and church functions.
