This week we talked about how we can reach out to more people. For example create hashtags and tag relevant people/groups. So we plan on putting these hashtags on our next posts. For example #glutenfree, #vegan, #vegetarian, and more. We also plan on making our own hashtag so people can tag the recipes they made from our blog, the hashtag is going to be #BrewtifulBrunch. One thing we did was make a twitter to reach out to more people. We also have a Instagram. Please consider following us on those, they are both under @brewtifulbrunch. This Sunday I get to help my church with our annual Sausage Supper. I will be handing out food to whoever comes to eat. I personally love getting to volunteer at my church as it always make me feel good. Like I said a few weeks ago my next recipe I plan on making some type of egg-free food.

This year I'm going to reach out to my church to find when I can help with our suppers. Last year when we started this project I didn't reach out to my church in which I should've. But this year for this project I will. Hopefully the other people in my group will reach out to their churches as well. Last year we started this project with a goal of posting every week with a different recipe. But as we could only plan out 4 recipes, 1 for each of us, we only posted 4 recipes. I'm happy that we could do that but I feel as we could do so much more for this new year as we get ready for our final presentation. I want to be able to talk about something good we did for our community and for my family as my cousin that is 2 years old has a severe egg allergy. This blog provides her mother (my aunt), things that have no eggs in them. So for my next recipe I plan to make a no-egg lasagna. So for this years resolution I hope to reach out to my church to help with our suppers.
